أساسيات صيغ التمويل الاسلامي المطبقة في الاقتصاد الاسلامي

Résumé: نقدم في هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع يمتزج بين الاقتصاد الاسلامي و صيغ التمويل الاسلامي ، حيث أولا سوف نقوم بعرض جوهر الاقتصاد الاسلامي من تعاريف و مميزات و قيم و أهمية الاقتصاد الإسلامي ثم نتطرق لطبيعة التمويل الإسلامي من خلال التعرض لتعاريف متنوعة للتمويل الاسلامي و خصائص و أساسيات التمويل الإسلامي ، ثم نقف عند أهم صيغ التمويل الإسلامي من خلال تقسيمها إلى أربع وحدات ؛ فسنتطرق أولا للصيغ المعتمدة على فقه البيوع ، ثم الصيغ المعتمدة على فقه الشركة ، ثم بعد ذلك نتطرق للصيغ المعتمدة على فقه الإجارة و أخيرا نتطرق للصيغ المعتمدة على فقه القرض . In this paper we present a topic that combines the Islamic economy with the Islamic finance formulas , First, we will present the essence of the Islamic economy from the definitions, characteristics, values and importance of the Islamic economy. Then we discuss the nature of Islamic finance through exposure to various definitions of Islamic finance and the characteristics and fundamentals of Islamic finance, and then stand in the most important forms of Islamic finance by dividing into four units; we will first look at formulas based on jurisprudence of sales And then formulas based on the jurisprudence of the company, and then we address the formulas based on the jurisprudence of the lease and finally touch on the formulas based on the jurisprudence of the loan.
