الفعل الانتخابي بين جدلية السلطة ونظرية الفعل الاجتماعي عند ماكس فيبر

Résumé: الملخص يهدف هذا المقال الموسوم بـ الفعل الانتخابي بين جدلية السلطة ونظرية الفعل الاجتماعي عند ماكس فيبر، إلى تقديم قراءة للانتخابات وذلك باعتبارها فعلا اجتماعياً له معاني ذاتية يضيفها الأفراد عليه، بغية تحقيق أهداف شخصية واجتماعية وسياسية، في ظل نوع من السلطة كمفهوم سياسي تمارس من خلاله نوعا من التأثير والإلزام والتشجيع على الأفراد لإقناعهم بضرورة الانتخاب، واعتبارها السبيل الأمثل لضمان استقرار المجتمع وبقاء الدولة. وهذا من خلال مدخل سوسيولوجي نظري ينطلق من مقولات أساسية لعالم الاجتماع الألماني "ماكس فيبر" في ضوء مفهومي الفعل الاجتماعي والسلطة. وعليه فإن هذا المقال يسعى للإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل يؤثر نمط السلطة السائد على الفعل الانتخابي أم أنه يبقى فعل اجتماعي له غايات وأهداف ذاتية لكل فرد؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الفعل الانتخابي؛ الفعل الاجتماعي؛ السلطة.
