مهارات التواصل اللغوي في تعليمية اللغة العربية كفاءة فهم المنطوق وانتاجه وفق المناهج المعاد كتابتها (الجيل الثاني) أنموذجا

Résumé: لا يخفى على أي باحث، أن اللغة تتكون من مجموعة من المهارات التي لا بد للفرد أن يتقنها حتى يستطيع إتقان هذه اللغة، ولا شك أن قدرة المعلم على توصيل ما لديه من علم إنما هو وقف على مدى تمكنه من هذه المهارات، وإن الهدف من تدريس اللغة العربية هو التدريب والسيطرة على فنونها الأربعة فالقدرة على الكلام تتوقف على القدرة على الاستماع والفهم، كما أن القدرة على القراءة والكتابة تتوقف على الاستماع والكلام وبالتالي يمكن ترتيب فنون اللغة حسب نموها ووجودها الزمني كالتالي الاستماع ، فالكلام، فالقراءة، فالكتابة، ونظرا لأن اللغة وسيلة اتصال، والاتصال عملية تفاعلية بين طرفين بهدف المشاركة والتفاعل وتحقيق الاحتكاك تسعى المنظومة التربوية اليوم إلى إعداد متعلمين قادرين على التكيف مع المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه، فالمتعلم في المواقف اللغوية يتواصل مع من حوله مستعملا المهارات الأربع ، أي أن الشخص الذي يتواصل مع من حوله يكون إما مرسلا فيتكلم أو يكتب، وإما مستقبلا فيستمع أو يقرأ، وقدرة المعلم على توصيل ما لديه من علم إنما هو وقف على مدى تمكنه من هذه المهارات. ستحاول هذه المقالة الكشف عن أهمية المهارات اللغوية وفاعليتها في التواصل اللغوي .وكيفية تمكين المعلم من تدريسها ليستطيع المتعلمون السيطرة عليها واستعمالها في عملية التواصل.
