المقاولاتية الحرفية والديناميكية الاجتماعية على ضوء المعطى الثقافي بالمجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: إن المسألة الأساسية التي تتمحور حولها المقاولات الحرفية لما تكون أمام رهان الديناميكية الاجتماعية، تظهر بشكل واضح في التحولات التي تحدثها على مستوى الاقتصاد المحلي للبلاد وفي الحياة الاجتماعية للأفراد، من خلال مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وهذا لا يحدث طبعا إلا من خلال تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية بين الأوساط المجتمعية، وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض مختلف الخطابات العلمية ذات صلة بالمقاولاتية الحرفية، ومدى ارتباط الجانب الثقافي بتوجه الأفراد نحو خلق مشاريع مقاولاتية في مختلف الأنشطة الحرفية من جهة، من ثم التطرق إلى أهم القضايا التي تواجهها الحرف وآثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على المجتمع الجزائري، ويلها مختلف الآليات الإستراتيجية المتخذة من قبل الدولة لدعم ومرافقة تلك الحرف من جهة أخرى. The main issue around which craft Entrepreneurship revolve around is in front of the stakes in social dynamism, which is clearly evident in the transformations that they bring about at the level of the country's local economy and in the social life of individuals, through their contribution to achieving sustainable development, and this of course does not happen except through the promotion of culture Entrepreneurship among community circles, and on this basis this research paper aims to present the various scientific discourses related to craft Entrepreneurship, and the extent to which the cultural aspect relates to individuals' orientation towards creating contracting projects in various craft activities on the one hand, and then addresses the most important issues facing the craft and their economic implications. And social issues on the Algerian society, and it is followed by the various strategic mechanisms taken by the state to support and accompany these trades on the other hand.
