المقاولاتية الحرفية بالمجتمع الجزائري: بين التوجه والتحديات

Résumé: تعد مسألة المقاولاتية الحرفية في الوقت الراهن من القضايا التي أثارت اهتمام الباحثين السوسيولوجيين وإدارة الأعمال وحتى الأجهزة الحكومية، نظرا لما يترتب عنها من إمكانية تحريك الاقتصاد المحلي والنهوض بالتنمية الاجتماعية وامتصاص البطالة من جهة، والحفاظ على الموروث الثقافي للبلاد من جهة أخرى، ولهذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض مختلف العوامل المساهمة في ميلاد المقاول الحرفي (دوافع شخصية، اجتماعية، منظمية) بشكل عام وفي الجزائر بشكل خاص، والقضايا التي تواجهها الحرف والصناعات التقليدية بشتى تصنيفاتها (صناعات تقليدية فنية، صناعات تقليدية خدماتية، صناعات تقليدية إنتاجية) التي تعرقل مسارها التطوري، من أجل اقتراح الحلول المناسبة لهذه القضايا، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المقاولاتية الحرفية بالمجتمع الجزائري لا تزال تواجه تحديات من مختلف الجوانب، على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة من طرف الأجهزة الحكومية من خلال إنشائها لهيئات الدعم والمرافقة، التي تختص في متابعة سيرورة المقاولة الحرفية من الفكرة إلى الإنشاء، وكذا تهتم بتمويلها وتسهيل عملية تسويق منتجاتها. The issue of artisanal entrepreneurship at the present time is one of the issues that has aroused the interest of sociological researchers, business administration and even government agencies, given the potential for stimulating the local economy, promoting social development and absorbing unemployment on the one hand, and preserving the country's cultural heritage on the other. The research aims to present the various factors contributing to the birth of the craft entrepreneur (personal, social, and organizational motives) in general and in Algeria in particular, and the issues faced by traditional crafts and industries of various classifications (traditional technical industries, traditional service industries, traditional productive industries) that impede their developmental path, in order to propose appropriate solutions to these issues, based on the descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study concluded that the craft enterprise in Algerian society still faces challenges from various aspects, despite the efforts made by government agencies through the establishment of support and escort bodies, which specialize in following up the process of craft enterprise from idea to creation, as well as interested in financing and facilitating The process of marketing its products.
