مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في إدارة الأزمات والوقاية منها "أزمة فيروس كورونا (covid-19) نموذجا" - تجارب دولية-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في التخفيف من آثار أزمة فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) من خلال عرض تجارب لشركات دولية عالمية (عمالقة التقنية ومجموعة علي بابا ومجموعة MTC القابضة)، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات لها دور كبير في إدارة الأزمات والتخفيف من آثارها، كما تبين الدراسة أنه يمكن للاقتصاد عبر الشركات الدخول على خط أزمة فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) للتخفيف من آثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، إذ هناك العديد من الشركات الدولية وبدافع مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية قدمت مجموعة من الأنشطة التي ساهمت بشكل كبير في مواجهة الأزمة، وتمثلت هذه الأنشطة أساسا في: المنتجات الطبية، الخدمات الصحية، التبرعات المالية، دعم الشركات المتضررة، دعم الجانب التعليمي. Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of corporate social responsibility in mitigating the effects of the Corona virus crisis (COVID-19) By presenting experiences of global international companies (tech giants, Ali baba Group and MTC Holding Group), Where the descriptive analytical method was relied on. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that corporate social responsibility plays a major role in managing crises and mitigating their effects, The study also shows that the corporate economy can enter the line of the Corona virus crisis (COVID-19) to mitigate its economic and social effects, As there are many international companies and out of their social responsibility, they presented a set of activities that contributed significantly to facing the crisis, These activities were mainly represented in: medical products, health services, financial donations, support for affected companies, support for the educational aspect.
