المسؤولية الإجتماعية لمنظمات الاعمال ومتطلبات تطبيقها - عرض تجارب دولية وعربية ناجحة-

Résumé: مع الاهتمام المتزايد بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لمنظمات الأعمال في مختلف دول العالم، وخاصة المتقدمة منها، والأخذ في الاعتبار أن تعزيز ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في منظمات الأعمال من شأنه أن يساهم في تحسين صورتها ويرفع من فعاليتها التنظيمية، خاصة في ضوء تزايد و اشتداد المنافسة في بيئة عمل معقدة للغاية، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على أهم التجارب الدولية والعربية في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية With a growing interest in the social responsibility of business organizations in various countries of the world, particularly developed ones, bearing in mind that strengthening social responsibility practices in business organizations would contribute to improving their image and increase their organizational effectiveness, especially in light of the increasing and intense competition in a very complex work environment, this study highlighted the most important international and Arab experiences in the field of social responsibility.
