رأس المال الفكري في مؤسسات المعرفة: تقييم دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال Intellectual Capital In Knowledge Enterprises: Assessing The Role Of Information And Communication Technology

Résumé: تمت دراسة تأثير إدارة المعرفة على تنمية رأس مال الفكري في مؤسسات المعرفة على نطاق واسع، ويعتبر موضوعا ذو أهمية كبرى في المجتمعات الأكاديمية، غير أنه، نظرا لزيادة المؤسسات كثيفة استخدام التكنولوجيا، تستكشف الورقة علاقها برأس مال الفكري. باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع تحليل احصائيات تطورات اهتمام الباحثين برأس مال الفكري ونمو القطاعات بتكنولوجيا المعلومات. أظهرت النتائج أن القطاعات كثيفة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في أمريكا الشمالية والصين شهدت نموا اعتبارا من عام 2010، والأبحاث في موضوع رأس المال الفكري ذات الصلة بالتكنولوجيات في زيادة اعتبارا من عام 2005. علاوة على ذلك، بعد تحليل الدراسات التجريبية والنظرية، سلطت النتائج الضوء على أن هناك أثر قوي لتكنولوجيا لمعلومات والاتصال على رأس مال الفكري كأداة لتسهيل تبادل المعرفة بين مكونات رأس مال الفكري التقليدي وعبر الشبكات. The effect of knowledge management on Intellectual Capital development in knowledge enterprises has been widely studied and is considered a topic of great importance in academic societies. However, due to the increase in technology-intensive firms, the paper aims to explore its relationship with intellectual capital. Using the descriptive and analytical approach to analyzing the statistics of the researchers’ interest in intellectual capital and the growth of technology-intensive sectors. The results showed that the technology -intensive sectors in North America and China have witnessed growth as of 2010, and research on intellectual capital area-related technologies was on the increase as of 2005. Furthermore, after analyzing the empirical and theoretical studies, the findings highlight that there is a strong impact of information and communication technology on intellectual capital as a tool to facilitate knowledge exchange between the traditional and cross-network intellectual capital components.
