Résumé: يندرج هذا المقال في سياق الدراسات المتعلقة بالإستراتيجية الجديدة التي تبنتها سلطة الاحتلال في مواجهتها للثورة التحريرية، والتي تعتمد على دعم الآلة العسكرية بالعمل البسيكولوجي، مستفيدة من تجربة المكاتب العربية، وآثار هزيمة الهند الصينية المذلة، ويقتضي هذا النوع من الحروب، نقل المعركة إلى ميدان الخصم، وتجفيف منابعه اللوجستيكية والبشرية، من هذا المنطلق أنشئت الفرق الإدارية المتخصصة، لإقرار التهدئة وتحقيق الإدماج، لكن رغم الجهود المبذولة على مر ست سنوات، فشل هذا الجهاز في إحتواء المد الثوري المتنامي، مما إستوجب على سلطة الإحتلال الجلوس إلى طاولة المفاوضات، والإعتراف بتقرير مصير الشعب الجزائري، متجاوزة بذلك طموح ضباط هذه الفرق الإدارية، وغلاة الكولون في الإبقاء على الجزائر فرنسية. This article falls within the context of studies related to the new strategy adopted by the occupation authority, in its confrontation with the liberation revolution, which depends on the support of the military machine with psychological work, taking advantage of Arab office experience, and the humiliating defeat of Indochina, and this type of war requires moving. the battle to the opponent’s field, and drying up its logistical sources and mankind. From this point of view, specialized administrative teams were established, to approve calm and achieve integration, But despite the efforts made over six years, this apparatus failed to contain the growing revolutionary tide, Which required the occupation authority to sit at the negotiating table, and recognize the self-determination of the Algerian people, thus overriding the ambition of the officers of these teams, and the extremists of the colonies to keep Algeria French
