طرق وأساليب الانتقاء والتوجيه في المجال الرياضي للناشئين في إطار تكوين الفرق المدرسية (12-15 سنة)

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا الى ابراز أهمية الانتقاء الرياضي للناشئين في بناء الفرق المدرسية وتكوين الفرق القوية على أساس الفروق الفردية التي تتوفر في كل طفل رياضي، كما اننا اعتمدنا في دراستنا على اظهار أساليب الانتقاء التي تناسب كل فرد حسب قدراته وتوجيهه الى الرياضة التي تتناسب ومقدراته الجسمية والعقلية وكيفية تصنيف الفرق حسب الفروق الفردية وهذا حسب مستشاري التوجيه والأساتذة المشرفين على الفرق المدرسية، وهذه العملية مهمة جدا لتشكيل الفرق فإن عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه تعتبر عملية بالغة الأهمية وضرورية للتعرف على المبتدئين الموهوبين وإعطائهم فرصة في وقت مبكر لإبراز رغبتهم وقدراتهم وكذا مجهودهم ومن ثم الوصول إلى أعلى المستويات. وقد توصلنا في دراستنا الى النتائج والتوصيات التالية: • غالبية الأساتذة يعتمدون على الملاحظة كأساس في عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه للناشئين • نسبة كبيرة من الأساتذة يرون ان المقابلات الودية لها دور فعال في انتقاء وتوجيه الناشئين للفرق المدرسية. • كل الأساتذة يؤكدون ان لخبرة الأستاذ الدور البارز في عملية انتقاء الناشئين Our study aimed to highlight the importance of youth selection in the construction of school teams and the formation of strong teams based on the individual differences that are available in each child athlete, and we relied in our study to show the methods of selection that suit each individual according to his abilities and guidance to sports commensurate with his physical and mental capabilities and Classification of teams according to individual differences This is according to guidance counselors and teachers supervising the school teams, and this process is very important for the formation of teams, the process of selection and guidance is a very important and necessary process to identify the talented beginners and give them a chance in time Bakr to highlight their desire and abilities as well as their efforts and then reach the highest levels. In our study, we reached the following conclusions and recommendations: • The majority of teachers rely on observation as a basis in the process of selection and guidance for young people • A large proportion of teachers believe that friendly interviews have an active role in selecting and directing young people to school teams. • All professors assert that the professor's experience plays a prominent role in the selection process for youth
