الحوافز وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي

Résumé: سعينا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى محاولة معرفة علاقة الحوافز بنوعيها المادية منها والمعنوية بالرضا الوظيفي للعمال المهنيين في شركة سوفيا للصناعات الغذائية لإنتاج الفرينة والنخالة بالبياضة ولاية الوادي, وتبلورت فكرة البحث من هذا المنطلق, لذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من العمال المهنيين في شركة سوفيا للصناعات الغذائية لإنتاج الفرينة والنخالة بالبياضة ولاية الوادي, واقتضت طبيعة الموضوع إتباع المنهج الوصفي واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة من مجتمع البحث عددها 42 مفردة (عامل), وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية, بالاعتماد على معاملات الارتباط والنسب المئوية، وتمكنت الدراسة من الإجابة عن التساؤلات المطروحة في الإشكالية وقبول الفرضية الرئيسية والفرضيات الفرعية الدراسة, بحيث توصلت إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين الحوافز بنوعيها المقدمة للعمال المهنيين وبين الرضا الوظيفي لديهم في مؤسسة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الحوافز المادية ؛ الحوافز المعنوية ؛ العلاقة ؛ الرضا الوظيفي. Abstract: Through our study, we sought to try to find out the relationship of incentives, both physical and moral, with job satisfaction for professional workers in Sofia Food Industries Company for the production of farina and bran in Al-Bayada, El-Wadi State. The nature of the topic necessitated following the descriptive approach and using the questionnaire tool to collect information that was applied to a sample of the research community numbering 42 items (factor), The data contained in the questionnaires was analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences, based on correlation coefficients and percentages, and the study was able to answer the questions raised in the problem and accept the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses of the study, so that it concluded that there is a strong relationship between incentives of both types provided to professional workers and between Job satisfaction in the study institution.
