ميلاد الفكرة الوطنية الحديثة في الجزائر المعاصرة/ The Birth Of The Modern National Idea In Contemporary Algeria

Résumé: التاريخ الفكري هو أحد الفروع العلمية التي تبحث في تاريخ تطور الأفكار باعتباره تخصصا شقيقا لما يسمى بالتاريخ الثقافي. و فكرة الوطنية من المفاهيم الصعبة التي يصعب شرحها و تفسيرها في الكتابة التاريخية. و كلمة "مفهوم" هي اسم مفعول،يُشتق من الفعل المضارع للمجهول أو هي صفة للموضوع الذي نفهمه. الوطنية مفهومٌ معقّدٌ وملغومٌ دون حلٍ نظريٍ متكاملٍ، يمكن النظر إلى الوطنية باعتبارها خليطاً من التعلق العاطفي بالبلد ورموزها التعريفية وقيمها التأسيسية في تاريخ أوروبا و الأمريكيتين. أدخلت الكلمة إلى اللغات الحية، كالفرنسية و الانجليزية في القرن السادس عشر. فهي كلمة مستحدثة في اللغة العربية. هناك تعريفات ونظريات عدة لمفهوم الوطنية، أبرزها الفكرة الوطنية على أساس وحدة اللغة وتسمى أيضا بالنظرية الألمانية. ثم الفكرة الوطنية على أساس وحدة الإرادة أو مشيئة العيش المشترك( إرنست رينان). و كذا الوطنية على أساس وحدة الحياة الاقتصادية، وهي أطروحة ماركسية و شيوعية. وظف الأمير خالد في حركته 1919-1923 وسائل وطنية حديثة لأول مرة، كالصحافة (الإقدام)، المحاضرات،الثقافة الحزبية،الخطابات،الرسائل،و مسألة التجنيس التي اعتبرها مسألة أساسية. و قام بإبعاد الشبان الجزائريين المتجنسين من قوائمه الانتخابية المحلية في 1919 و1920. كما كتب الأمير خالد رسالة إلى الرئيس الأميركي ويلسون في ماي 1919، بأسلوب العريضة لأول مرة. و هو تصرف فريد من نوعه، وظفه في الاستعانة بالخارج لمحاربة الاستعمار. و عند تحقيبه لتاريخ الحركة الوطنية ،اعتبر الكثير من المؤرخين و منهم المؤرخ الجزائري محفوظ قداش ،أن التاريخ المرجعي لميلاد الفكرة الوطنية الحديثة هي سنة 1919./ Intellectual history is one of the scientific branches that studies the history of thought as a sister specialty to what is called cultural history. The idea of ​​nationalism is one of the difficult concepts that are difficult to explain and interpret in historical writing. The word "concept" is a passive participle, derived from the present tense of the passive verb or it is an adjective for the subject that we understand. Nationalism is a complex and mined concept without a complete theoretical solution. Nationalism can be viewed as a mixture of emotional attachment to the country and its identifying symbols and its founding values ​​in the history of Europe and the Americas. The word was introduced into living languages, such as French and English, in the sixteenth century. It is a newly coined word in the Arabic language. There are several definitions and theories for the concept of nationalism, the most prominent of which is the national idea based on the unity of language, also called the German theory. Then the national idea based on the unity of will or the desire to live together (Ernest Renan). As well as nationalism based on the unity of economic life, which is a Marxist and communist thesis. In his movement of 1919-1923, Prince Khaled employed modern national means for the first time, such as the press (al-Iqdam), lectures, party culture, speeches, letters, and the issue of naturalization, which he considered a fundamental issue. He removed naturalized young Algerians from his local electoral lists in 1919 and 1920. Prince Khaled also wrote a letter to US President Wilson in May 1919, in the style of a petition for the first time. This was a unique act, which he employed to seek foreign assistance to fight colonialism. When documenting the history of the national movement, Algerian historian Mahfouz Qaddache considered 1919 to be the reference date for the birth of the modern national idea.
