الاستراتيجية الأمنية للايكواس في تسوية النزاعات: دراسة في التسوية السياسية والعسكرية للنزاع في مالي

Résumé: شهدت منطقة الساحل الإفريقي تطورات أمنية خطيرة في السنوات الأخيرة مما أدى بالإيكواس إلى ضرورة اتخاذ إستراتيجية أمنية اتجاهها وذلك وفقا لمجموعة من الآليات، في ظل بروز قوى أخرى تطمح لبسط نفوذها وتأمين مصالحها في المنطقة، حيث تعتبر الإيكواس من أبرز المنظمات الإقليمية الفرعية في القارة الإفريقية التي أعطت أهمية للجوانب الأمنية، ومنه تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على الإستراتيجية الأمنية التي تبنتها الإيكواس في تسوية النزاع في مالي، من خلال الوساطة بين أطراف النزاع ثم قرار التدخل العسكري، والوقوف عند مختلف التحديات التي تعيق مسارها في تحقيق الأمن في المنطقة. Abstract: The African Coast region has seen dangerous security developments in recent years, which has led to the ECOWAS to take a security strategy according to a set of mechanisms, under the prominent of other power aspire to extend their influence and inspect their interests in the region, where the ECOWAS is one of the most prominent sub-regional organizations in Africa which gave importance to the security aspect, including This study seeks to focusing on the security strategy adopted when it settle conflicts in Mali, through the brokerage between the parties of the conflicts the military intervention decision, and standing at different challenges that hinder its course in achieving security in the region.
