تأثير التغيرات المناخية على الموارد المائية في شمال إفريقيا وسياسات التكيف معها

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على التغيرات المناخية في شمال إفريقيا و تأثيرها على الموارد المائية، و هذا بالاستشهاد بالتقارير الدولية المبنية على دراسات علماء المناخ و الجغرافيا و البيئة، حيث تأتي هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الأثار الناجمة و التي ستنجم على الإنسان و على القطاعات الاقتصادية، بإعتبار أن الماء أساس هام في كل المجالات، فالتغيرات المناخية ظهرت على المنطقة من خلال حالات الجفاف و الفياضانات و مشكل تبخر الأسطح المائية و النقص الفادح في المياه الجوفية، إضافة إلى معرفة سياسات التكيف التي تبنتها الدول لمواجهة هذه التغيرات الخطيرة و كيفية التعامل معها، بإعتبار أن صناع القرار مازلوا غير مدركين لحجم الأخطار التي ستسببها التغيرات المناخية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تغير مناخي، موارد مائية، تكيف، زيادة درجة الحرارة، الإنبعاثات الغازية، جفاف، تراجع منسوب المياه. Abstract: This intervention aims to highlight climate change in North Africa and its impact on water resources, based on international reports based on studies of climate scientists, geography and the environment. This study comes to know the effects that will result on humans and economic sectors, considering that water is an important basis in all areas, climate changes have appeared on the region through droughts and floods and the problem of evaporation of water surfaces and the severe shortage of groundwater. In addition to knowing the adaptation policies that countries adopted to confront these serious changes and how to deal with them, given that decision makers are still unaware of the magnitude of the risks that climate change will cause.
