واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في المؤسسات المصرفية الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحوكمة البنكية مع الإشارة إلى واقع تطبيقها على مستوى البنوك الجزائرية، خاصة وأن البلاد شهدت عدة أزمات على مستوى بعض البنوك الخاصة مثل أزمة بنك الخليفة وأزمة الشركة الجزائرية للبنوك، وهي حاليا تشهد وستشهد بعض الأزمات على مستوى البنوك العمومية. هذه الأزمات ستكون نتاجا لمباشرة السلطات الجزائرية إجراءات مكافحة الفساد، حيث خلصت الدراسة أن تطبيق الحوكمة في المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية لا يزال في مرحلته الأولية، إلا أنه يجب تدعيم التجربة خاصة في ظل إنفتاح السوق المصرفية وزيادة المنافسة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight banking governance while noting the reality of its application at the level of Algerian banks, especially since the country has experienced several crises at the level of some private banks such as the Khalifa Bank crisis and the crisis of the Algerian Bank Company, and is currently witnessing and witnessing some crises at the level of public banks. These crises will be the result of the Algerian authorities initiating anti-corruption measures, as the study concluded that the application of governance in the Algerian banking system is still in its initial phase, but the experience must be strengthened, especially in light of the openness of the banking market and increased competition.
