الطرق الحديثة لاستغلال واستثمار الأملاك الوقفية

Résumé: ملخص: يؤدي الوقف أدوارا هامة وأساسية في المجتمعات المسلمة، في مجالاتها المختلفة، خاصة الاقتصادية منها، والاجتماعية. لذلك كان الاهتمام به من الأولويات التي اختصت بها الدولة الإسلامية في الماضي. لكن، بالنظر لتطور وتقدم المجتمعات فقد ظهرت صيغا جديدة لم تكن معروفة في الماضي، وهو ما أعطى للوقف زخما آخر، لكن هذه الصيغ بقيت محدودة في أثرها بالنظر لقلة الاهتمام به من قبل الدول العربية والإسلامية في وقتنا الحالي، بالرغم من الفوائد الجمة التي تعود عليها وعلى مجتمعاتها. Abstract The waqf plays important and essential roles in Muslim societies, in its various fields, especially the economic and social ones. Therefore, attention to it was one of the priorities of the Islamic State in the past. However, in view of the development and progress of societies, new formulas have emerged that were not known in the past, which gave the endowment another impetus. However, these formulas remained limited in their impact in view of the lack of interest in it by Arab and Islamic countries at the present time, despite the great benefits that accrue to them and on their communities.
