مستوى دافعیة التدریس لدى أساتذة التعلیم الابتدائي بولایة المدیة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف دراستنا هذه على الكشف عن مستوى الدافعية للتدريس لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المدية ولأجل التحقق من أهداف الدراسة تحققنا من الفرضية المتمثلة في مستوى الدافعية للتدريس مرتفع لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي ، و تكمن أهميتها في كونها تتناول موضوعا هاما و ذلك بتزويد الأساتذة بالدافعية للتدريس و لتحقيق أهدافهم مع التلاميذ أيضا ، كما تناولنا في الجانب النظري على الدافعية للإنجاز و أستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي و استخدمنا في الجانب التطبيقي المنهج الو صفي ، كما اعتمدنا على إستبيان يتكون من 25 بندا و خمس بدائل ، وطبقت عينة الدراسة على 60 أستاذا و استعملنا في المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بواسطة SPSS البرنامج الإحصائي في العلوم الإجتماعية وذلك من خلال استخدام المعاملات التالية: ( المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، إختبار الفروق T Test لمجموعة واحدة ، إختبار الفروق T Test لمجموعتين غير متجانستين وغير متساويتين ، إختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (Anova one Way. و منه توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : مستوى الدافعية للتدريس مرتفع لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المدية . Study summary : Our study aims to reveal the level of motivation to teach among primary education teachers in the state of Médéa. In order to verify the objectives of the study, we verified the hypothesis that the level of motivation to teach is high among primary education teachers. Its importance lies in the fact that it addresses an important topic by providing teachers with the motivation to teach and achieve Their goals with the students as well. We also discussed in the theoretical aspect the motivation for achievement and the primary education teacher, and in the practical aspect we used the descriptive approach. We also relied on a questionnaire consisting of 25 items and five alternatives. The study sample was applied to 60 teachers and we used it in the statistical treatment of the data. Using SPSS, the statistical program in the social sciences, by using the following parameters : (Arithmetic means and standard deviations, T-test of differences for one group, T-test of differences for two heterogeneous and unequal groups, One-way analysis of variance nova one way). From this, we reached the following results : The level of motivation for teaching is high among primary education teachers in the state of Médéa.
