مساهمة الجباية البترولية في التنمية الاقتصادية بالجزائر في ظل تقلبات أسعار البترول خلال الفترة 2000-2019 باستخدام تحليل المسار

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة طبيعة مسار العلاقة بين الجباية البترولية والتنمية الاقتصادية بالجزائر مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار تذبذب سعر البترول خلال الفترة 2000-2019 من أجل ذلك تم استخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار path analysis. لتخلص الدراسة الى وجود أثر كلي سالب للجباية البترولية على التنمية الاقتصادية في ظل سعر البترول كمتغير وسيط وكذا نفس الاثر بالنسبة للصادرات البترولية على التنمية الاقتصادية في حين لم يظهر أي أثر للإنتاج البترولي وسعر الصرف والتضخم على التنمية في ظل وجود سعر البترول كمتغير وسيط. This study aimed to find the relationship between oil tax and economic development in Algeria, taking into account the fluctuation of the oil price during the period 2000-2019, for that a path analysis method was used. The most important conclusion achieved there is a negative impact of oil tax on economic development with the oil price as an intermediate variable, as well as the same effect for petroleum exports on economic development, while oil production, exchange rate and inflation did not appear on development.
