Motivation In Physical Education And Sport أشكال الدافعية أثناء حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية

Résumé: The aim of this paper is to highlight the concepts linked to motivation and the relationship between them and the different forms of feedback used by the teacher to stimulate the behavior of his students during the practice of physical education and sport. There are two categories of motivation, primary and secondary. The primary motivation represents those basic necessities that encourage the individual basic needs. The Secondary motivations are based on some primary motivations but they take gradually their independence when the person becoming older, gains experience, or changes his point of view. We also show that the feedback, as the relationship between practitioners and the environment, plays a central role in the stimulation. In particular, by encouraging, reinforcing, and providing the necessary and pertinent information. Therefore, the application of different kinds of motivation leads to the achievement of the desired motor performance.
