البرامج الإرشادية ودورها في التقليل من ظاهرة الرسوب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط

Résumé: تعد ظاهرة الرسوب المدرسي أكثر المشكلات التعليمية التي يعانيها التلاميذ في الجزائر داخل المؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية، بحكم انتشارها الواسع في مختلف المراحل التعليمية، وذلك لما تحمله من آثار سلبية على التلاميذ الراسبين أو المعرضين للرسوب المدرسي بصفة خاصة وعلى المجتمع والمؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية وعلى النظام التربوي بصفة عامة، كل هذا يستدعي بالضرورة محاولة تضافر الجهود بغرض التقليص والتقليل من هذه الظاهرة، باعتماد طرق فعالة لعل أبرزها تدخل المرشد التربوي (مستشار التوجيه الإرشاد المدرسي) كونه عنصر أساسي داخل المؤسسات التربوية من خلال تقديمه يد المساعدة للتلاميذ المعرضين لهذه الظاهرة لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للوقاية والتقليل منها، بتقديمه الخدمات الإرشادية والبرامج الإرشادية في المدارس، خاصة وأن التعليم في وقتنا الحاضر أصبح بحاجة ماسة لمثل هذه الخدمات لمساعدة ووقاية التلاميذ من مختلف المشاكل. هذا ما جعلنا نسلط الضوء على اعتماد المرشد للبرامج الإرشادية من أجل التقليل من هذه الظاهرة لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط، وعلى ما يحتاجه النظام التربوي الجزائري والمؤسسات التعليمية كحلول فعالة يستطاع من خلالها تغيير بعض الأوضاع التعليمية السائدة، وذلك بتطبيق برامج إرشادية لمساعدة التلاميذ على كيفية التعامل ووجود الحلول المناسبة للتقليل من مختلف المشاكل التي تعترضهم في إطار تنموي وقائي وعلاجي. Abstract: The phenomenon of school failure is the most educational problem that students suffer in Algeria, by virtue of its wide spread in the various educational stages, because of the negative effects it bears on students who fail or are exposed to school failure in particular, and on society, educational and educational institutions, and the educational system in general. Attempting to combine efforts in order to reduce and minimize this phenomenon by adopting effective methods, perhaps the most prominent of which is the intervention of the educational counselor (school guidance and counseling advisor) as an essential element within educational institutions, by providing a helping hand to students exposed to this phenomenon in order to find appropriate solutions to prevent and reduce it, by providing various Counseling services, especially since education at the present time has become in dire need of such services to help and protect students from various problems. This is what our current study sought through our identification of this phenomenon accurately with knowledge of its most important factors and addressing the most prominent solutions adopted to eliminate it and what the Algerian educational system and educational institutions need as effective solutions through which it is possible to change some of the prevailing educational conditions, including counseling programs, their objectives, Types and steps to build them and how to apply them in order to help students and reduce the various problems they encounter in a developmental, preventive and therapeutic framework.
