Résumé: The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived stigma and psychological resilience, among a sample of mothers of children with autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla, and the level of these two variables in this sample. It aimed also to explore differences in them according to gender of the son and the age ofthe mother. The sample of the study consisted of 48 mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder, who were selected by the simple random sampling method. To verify its hypotheses and achieve its objectives, the study adopted the descriptive approachwith its two aspects; the correlational and the exploratory. In order to collect study data, the Perceived Stigma Scale prepared by the researcher “Walid Muhammad Zaki Ali Moawad” (2022), and the Psychological Resilience Scale prepared by the researcher “AzharAbdelAl-MuatiGhaith” (2017) were used. The validity and reliability of the two toolswere confirmed, in order to verify their validity for application in the basic study.After statistical processing of the study data by using SPSS program version 26, the results showed the following: - The level of perceived stigma is low among mothers of children with autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla. - The level of psychological resilience is high among mothers of children with autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla. - There is a statistically significant negative correlation between perceived stigma and psychological resilience among mothers of children with autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla. - There are no differences in the relationship between perceived stigma and psychological resilience among mothers of children with the autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla due to gender of the son. - There are differences in the relationship between perceived stigma and psychological resilience among mothers of children with autism spectrum in the city of Ouargla due to the age of the mother
