التنافس الدولي على المياه في المنطقة العربية: نزاعات دول حوض النيل أنموذجا

Résumé: اكتسبت مشكلة المياه بعدا سياسيا وأمنيا مع بداية القرن الواحد والعشرين، فقد أضحت من المسائل الهامة التي تناقشها سياسات الحكومات والدول لتشير إلى أن ندرة المياه تحدث بفعل عوامل داخلية وخارجية مرتبطة بسوء التسيير ومرتبطة أيضا بقضية الأمن القومي، الأمر الذي يدفع إلى حدوث تنافس دولي حول النهر الواحد وإلى اشتباكات عسكرية واسعة النطاق خاصة في غياب اتفاقيات مشتركة تحدد حصص المياه وهذا ما تشهده حاليا دول منطقة حوض النيل. The water problem acquired a political and security dimension with the start of the 21st century. It has become one of the important issues discussed by governments and states to indicate that water scarcity is caused by internal and external factors related to mismanagement and also related to the issue of national security, which leads international competition on the single river and large-scale military clashes, especially in the absence of common agreements defining water quotas, and this is what the countries of the Nile basin are currently witnessing.
