Contribution À L’étude De L’effet De La Salinité Sur Des Marqueurs Biochimiques (proline Et Sucres Solubles) De Plantes Juvéniles D’atriplex Halimus L. Et D’atriplex Canescens (pursh) Nutt
Résumé: The effect of NaCl+ CaCl2 at 400 and 600 meq on the accumulation of proline and the soluble sugars and at the level of various organs of Atriplex halimus L. and Atriplex canescens is studied. Results show the variability of the accumulation of these biochemical markers according to the organ, the species and the intensity of the salt treatments. The proline accumulate more in apexes leaves of Atriplex halimus L. with all treatments and basic leaves of Atriplex canescens at 400 meqs in relation to stems and to roots. At 600 meqs the proline becomes important in stems. The soluble sugar accumulation is important in leaves at the two species with all treatments The effect of concentrations of NaCl+ CaCl2 at 400 and 600 meq and the sea water diluted at 50% or no 100% on biochemical behaviour of two Atriplex species; halimus L. and canescens (Pursh) Nutt. seeds come of the Djelfa is studied. The proline and soluble sugars are admitted as biochimecal markers of resisting to the abiotic stress. They are analysed after one week of stress from apical and basic leaves, stems and roots for the proline and from only the aerial organs for the soluble sugars of the plants aged of four months. The results shows the variability of the accumulation of proline and soluble sugars according to the plant organ, the species, the nature and the intensity of the salt treatments. At the level of foliage, the accumulation of the proline appears of advantage in the apical leaves of the Atriplex halimus L., with two nature of salts and in the basic leaves of Atriplex canescens under treatment at 400 and 600 meq of NaCl+ CaCl2 and the sea water diluted at 50% and distributes himself in an identical manner in two parts foliages under the treatment to the pure sea water. At the level of organs, the amino acid accumulates at the level more in leaves and especially in apexes leaves of Atriplex halimus L. with all the treatments and in basic leaves of Atriplex canescens under moderate salinity compared to stems and roots. Under the more extracts treatments, proline becomes important in the stems. The soluble sugar accumulation is important in leaves either for plants of Atriplex canescens with all treatments to salts or for the Atriplex halimus L. stressed at 400 and 600 meq of salts and the pure sea water, under sea water diluted at 50% this compound glycolic accumul more in stems.
