مبادرة طريق الحرير الجديد بين الاستراتيجية الصينية والتحدي الأمريكي

Résumé: لقد ساعد النمو الاقتصادي المتنامي للصين في جعلها شريكا اقتصاديا جذابا وموثوقا . وتحاول بكين زيادة مكانتها ونفوذها على المستوى الدولي ؛ معتمدة في ذلك على رؤية جديدة تسمح لها بالتوسع الخارجي ، وتحقيق أهداف اقتصادية وسياسية وأمنية وثقافية ؛ وتجسد ذلك في مبادرة طريق الحرير الجديد ؛ التي تعبر عن استراتيجية جديدة لإدارة الاقتصاد الدولي . وتعول الصين في ذلك على تنويع وتوسيع علاقاتها التجارية ، وتركيز استثماراتها في المناطق الغنية بالثروات المعدنية والطاقوية ، بالإضافة إلى تكثيف تواجدها في الأماكن التي تحتوي على أسواق كبيرة لتسويق منتوجاتها . تهدف الدراسة بالأساس إلى الوقوف على الأهداف الاستراتيجية التي تريد الصين تحقيقها من خلال مبادرة طريق الحرير الجديد ؛ كما تهدف إلى إبراز أهم ردود فعل أمريكا كمنافس استراتيجي للصين تجاه المبادرة . China's growing economic growth has helped make it an attractive and reliable economic partner. Beijing is trying to increase its status and influence at the international level. Relying on a new vision that allows it to expand abroad and achieve economic, political, security and cultural goals. This was embodied in the New Silk Road Initiative; Which expresses a new strategy for managing the international economy. In this regard, China is counting on diversifying and expanding its trade relations, concentrating its investments in areas rich in mineral and energy resources, in addition to intensifying its presence in places that contain large markets for marketing its products. The study aims primarily to identify the strategic goals that China wants to achieve through the New Silk Road Initiative. It also aims to highlight the most important reactions of America, as a strategic competitor to China towards the initiative.
