Résumé: Translation is considered as one of the important problematic in the modern Arabic thinking since it was described as a direct form in dealing with the findings of the others and their efforts. This importance raises when it is related with the question of creativity in the philosophical text; the thing that gives us a kind of speciality and independency which was considered as aim of study by an important Arabic and Muslimism thinkers specifically the Moroccan thinker Taha Abderrahmane who tried to the philosophic discourse from imitation and intromission of creation and innovation by what he was called the creative translation that holdsact of philosophy. but what is the solution for philosophic and creative translation which excludes imitation and gives change.
