Résumé: "اشتملت هذه المذكرة على مقدمة وعرض وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد احتوت على التعريف بالموضوع وإبراز أهميته وأهدافه، وأسباب اختياره وآفاقه، والمنهج المتبع مع خطه البحث. ثم مبحث تمهيدي يتناول التعريف بالإمام الحاكم وآثاره العلمية، فهو بدوره يحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب، وبعده مبحث أول فقد خصصته في تعريف العدالة عند الإمام الحاكم، فهو يشتمل على أربعة مطالب، وأما في ما يخص المبحث الثاني فهو لدراسة بعض النماذج من الرواة الذين حكم عليهم الإمام الحاكم بالعدالة تصريحا أو حكما، فهو يتضمن أربعة مطالب. ثم ذيلت بحثي بخاتمة وبها أهم النتائج والتوصيات من هذه الدراسة، ثم الفهارس العامة. " Summary: This memorandum worked on the introduction and presentation and conclusion, but the introduction contained the definition of the subject and highlight ahmet its objectives, its reasons, its horizons and the methodology followed with the research plan, and then an introductory survey dealing with the definition of the ruling ruler and its scientific implications. it contains three demands and prepares it first.
