مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و أثرها على تنمية الموارد البشرية في المنظمات المعاصرة - دراسة حالة مؤسسة هندسة الكهرباء و الغاز فرع في مجمع سونلغاز-

Résumé: الملخص: نظرا للتطورات المتسارعة التي تشهدها بيئة الأعمال، ازداد الاهتمام بالتوجه نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في المؤسسات المعاصرة ،و في ظل هذه التطورات عرفت شبكة الانترنيت تطورا كبيرا و تعددت خدماتها خاصة مع ظهور الجيل الثاني من الويب. فقد سعت المؤسسات إلى إدماج تكنولوجيا الجيل الثاني للويب في نمط عمل وظائفها بهدف تطوير القدرات و الكفاءات و تحسين الأداء و الرفع من الميزة التنافسية . هكذا أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال وسيلة لتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للمورد البشري لبلوغ أهداف المؤسسة. إن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى إعطاء صورة عن واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال بمؤسسة هندسة الكهرباء و الغاز من أجل تطوير و تنمية الموارد البشرية. تولي مؤسسة هندسة الكهرباء و الغاز اهتماما كبيرا لتنمية مواردها البشرية بالاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على هذه الموارد .فهي تسعى إلى استخدام مختلف تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال المتوفرة لديها من نظم معلومات و شبكاتها المختلفة من اجل العمل على تنمية مواردها البشرية و زيادة Abstract: Due to the rapid developments taking place in the business surroundings, increased attention to the trend towards the use of information technology and communication contemporary organization. Under these developments known internet evolved considerably and many services, especially with the advent of the second generation of the web .It has endeavored to integrate second generation web technology in style and her functions to develop capacities and competencies and increase competitive advantage .So information and communication technology is a means to achieve optimal use of human resources to achieve the goals of the organization. This study aims to give a picture of the reality of the use of information technology and communication at Electricity and gas engineering organization for development the human resources. We have noted that gas and electricity engineering organization pays great attention to human resources development by relying of information technology that have Claire on these resources. They are seeking to use the various applications of information and communication technology available different networks and information systems in order to develop human resources and increase their effectiveness.
