Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع الظروف الفيزيقية في المؤسسات الخدماتية بالجنوب الجزائري من وجهة نظر عمال ذوي الامراض المزمنة ،حيث تعد الظروف الفيزيقية من أبرز تلك الخصوصيات التي تشمل كل من الحرارة ،و الضوضاء والاضاءة وانتشار الغبار والأتربة وغيرها ،،،لذا لابد من توفير بيئة فيزيقية تتماشى مع متطلبات الوظيفة وكذا متطلبات وخصائص الفرد العامل الشاغل لها، لأنه قد تكون هناك إرغامات ناتجة عن مركز العمل أو عن العامل في حد ذاته، فالدراسة اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي، والمقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، أين تم التوصل إلى أن الظروف الفيزيقية المتوفرة في مكان العمل صعبة وغير مناسبة والتي تمثلت في كل من ارتفاع درجة الحرارة على غرار كثرة الأصوات التي اعتبرت على انها مزعجة بالإضافة الى التوزيع غير المناسب للإضاءة . كلمات المفتاحية: واقع، الظروف الفيزيقية للعمل، المحيط الحراري، الإضاءة، الضوضاء، عمال ذوي الامراض المزمنة Abstract : This study aims to identify the reality of the physical conditions in service institutions in southern Algeria from the point of view of workers with chronic diseases, where the physical conditions are among the most prominent of those peculiarities that include heat, noise, lighting and the spread of dust and dirt, etc.,,, so it is necessary to provide A physical environment in line with the requirements of the job as well as the requirements and characteristics of the working individual who occupies it, because there may be compulsions resulting from the work center or from the worker per se.
