التعاون الدولي والإقليمي في مكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر

Résumé: الملخص: الاتجار بالبشر ظاهرة إجرامية قديمة في المجتمعات مستجدة في المجتمعات المعاصرة، تنتهك حقوق الإنسان عامة وهي جريمة خطيرة لكونها تتعدى الحدود الوطنية، تمس الأطراف الضعيفة في المجتمع الأطفال والنساء وهي جريمة ترتبط بجريمة تهريب المهاجرين، وبالتالي فجريمة الاتجار بالبشر تصدرت اهتمام المجتمع الدولي، حيث تصدى لها بالمكافحة، فمن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أردنا أن نسلط الضوء على الجهود الدولية والإقليمية في مكافحة هذه الجريمة والمتمثلة في الإتفاقيات الدولية وكذا الإقليمية التي نصت على تجريم هذه الظاهرة، ثم إبراز مدى دور المنظمات في التصدي لجريمة الاتجار بالبشر التي هي في النهاية صورة من صور الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود، تنتهك حقوق الإنسان ولها علاقة وطيدة بجريمة تهريب المهاجرين. Summary: Human trafficking is a dangerous and ancient criminal phenomenon in the early societies, new in contemporary societies, it violates human rights in general, and the person loses his dignity and degrades his person in what is called slavery in particular, and it is a serious crime because it transgresses the national borders, it is exposed to the weak parties in society and they are children and women which are a crime linked to the crime of smuggling migrants, and thus topped the community's attention, as it confronted it with combat , through this research paper we wanted to shed light on international and regional efforts in combating this crime, which is represented in international and regional agreements, which stipulated the criminalization of this phenomenon, then highlighting the role of organizations involved in tackling the crime of human trafficking, which is ultimately a form of cross-border organized crime, violate human rights and have a close relationship t o the crime of smuggling migrants.
