تسيير النفايات البترولية خلال مرحلة الحفر والإنتاج دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية لسونطراك قسم الإنتاج –حاسي مسعود- خلال الفترة 2009-2014
Résumé: تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في معرفة المفاهيم الملمة بالنفايات البترولية وطرق معالجتها ومعرفة طرق تقييم وتسيير نفايات الحفر من خلال دراسة حالة مديرية العمليات قسم الحفر(DF) سونطراك بحاسي مسعود، ولتحقيق الهدف حاولنا صياغة الإشكالية التالية: ما واقع تسيير نفايات الحفر في مديرية العمليات قسم الحفر بحاسي مسعود سوناطراك ؟ وإستخدمنا لهذا الغرض أدوات إحصائية من ووثائق متعلقة بالمؤسسة ومقابلات مع مهندسي البيئة ومهندسي الآبار من أجل الإلمام بجميع جوانب هاته الدراسة.وتوصلنا إلى ان تزايد النشاط البترولي في الجزائر وما إنجر منه من نفايات سامة لها تأثير سلبي على النظام البيئي سطرت الحكومة الجزائرية عن طريق الشروط المذكورة في القانون، برنامجا للحد من خطورة المواد السامة التي تحتويها هاته النفايات وذلك بوجود طرق معالجة منها ميكانيكية،كيميائية وحرارية ونحن في دراستنا هذا تكلمنا على فعالية هاذه الطرق من الناحية التقنية والإقتصادية ثم قمنا بالتطرق إلى مبدأ تسيير النفايات من خلال تقليلها من المصدر قبل اللجوء إلى عملية المعالجة مع ضرورة الإهتمام بالجانبين البشري والتنظيمي في عملية المعالجة. This research aims to find out with knowledge of the concepts of petroleum waste And methods of treatment and knowledge of assessment methods and the conduct of drilling waste through the study state Department of the Directorate of Operations drilling، Drilling Division (DF) Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud. It is by addressing the problem at hand What is the reality in the conduct of drilling waste in Directorate of operations department drilling Hassi Messaoud Sonatrach? It was reached following: The development of the oil industry in algerian and discharges which are produced owing to oil drilling and operating units of production، causing major problems on the ecosystem. The Algerian state outlines a strategy threw the regulation exigencies for cleaning up these releasesfrom mechanical، chemical and thermal. In this work we have study on the effectiveness of technically and economically feasible، then we touch upon the principle of conduct through reduced waste from the source before resorting to the treatment process with the need for the introduction of human and organizational aspect in the treatment process.
