Résumé: تناولت هذه المداخلة مدى إمكانية تقرير المسؤولية الدولية في حق مرتكب جرائم البيئة الطبيعية على أسس وشروط المسؤولية الدولية التقليدية، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم المسؤولية الدولية عن الجرائم بيئية الطبيعية ثم بعد ذلك إلى أسس وشروط المسؤولية الدولية عن الجرائم البيئية وفي الخاتمة توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج والاقتراحات، حيث تم اقتراح تأسيس المسؤولية الدولية في مجال البيئة الطبيعية على أساس نظرية التضامن.
