معوقات دمج الأطفال التوحديين بالمدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين (دراسة ميدانية بالمدارس الابتدائية بغرداية)

Résumé: تسعى الهيئات الدولية عامة والدولة الجزائرية خاصة بالاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتوفير متطلباتهم والتقليل من المشاكل والصعوبات التي يوجهونها، إذ يعتبر دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجتمع ككل أحد الخطوات المتقدمة، وذلك لان الدمج نابع من حركة حقوق الإنسان ضد التصنيف والعزل لأي فرد بسبب إعاقته إلى جانب تزايد الاتجاهات نحو رفض الوصمة الاجتماعية للأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ودمجهم مع أقرانهم العاديين في المؤسسات التربوية، ولا يزال النقاش حول عملية تطبيق الدمج في النظام التعليمي الذي واجه صعوبة في تحقيقه، بحيث تختلف هذه الصعوبات باختلاف العناصر المساهمة والظروف المحيطة بذلك، من هنا تأتي الدراسة الحالية التي تهدف الى التعرف على معوقات دمج فئة أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في بعض ابتدائيات ولاية غرداية. International bodies in general and the Algerian state in particular interest to take care of people with special needs and provide their requirements and reduce the problems and difficulties they face, as the inclusion of people with special needs in society as a whole is one of the advanced steps, because the integration stems from the human rights movement against the classification and isolation of any individual because of his disability alongside the increasing trends towards rejecting the social stigma of people with special needs, and merging them with their ordinary peers in educational institutions, and the debate continues about the process of applying integration in the educational system, which it had difficulty in achieving, so that these difficulties vary according to contributing to the elements and circumstances surrounding it, from here comes the current study, which aims to identify the nature of the difficulties facing the integration of children with autism spectrum in primary schools from the view of primary school teachers in some Ghardaia’s schools
