الاقتصاد الاجتماعي التضامني في الجزائر دراسة حالة البرنامج الاقتصادي الاجتماعي التضامني Paje Solidarity Social Economy In Algeria Paje Case Study

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح كيف تستفيد الجمعيات حاملة المشاريع والأفكار في اطار الاقتصاد الاجتماعي التضامني من الدعم والتمويل من برنامج PAJE . حيت اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض مختلف جوانب الدراسة التي خلصت إلى الاقتصاد الاجتماعي التضامني يهدف الى ارساء المساواة و العدالة الاجتماعية و من ثم التوفيق بين ضرورة دفع وتيرة التنمية وبين الغايات و القيم الانسانية. وأن برنامج PAJE وما رصد له من إمكانات مالية و بشرية ضخمة من خلال تمويل المشاريع الجمعوية ، ساهمت في دفع الحركة الجمعوية داخل هذه الولايات النموذجية . The study aims to explain how associations carrying projects and ideas within the framework of the social solidarity economy benefit from the support and funding of the PAJE programme. We have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to present the various aspects of the study, which came to the conclusion of a solidarity social economy aimed at establishing equality and social justice and thus reconciling the need to advance development with human goals and values. The PAJE programme, with its considerable financial and human potential through the funding of collective projects, has contributed to the movement of the collective within these pilot states.
