Résumé: ملخص:استهدفت الدراسة معرفة اتجاهات عينة من موظفي مؤسسة مطاحن الزيبان– القنطرة- حول مدى مساهمة ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموارد البشرية في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي للعاملين بأبعاده (الولاء العاطفي، الولاء الأخلاقي، الولاء المستمر)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استمارة تضمنت 36 عبارة على 50موظف، تم استرجاع 40 استمارة منها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS :V :24، توصلت الباحثة إلى إثبات وجود تأثير معنوي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموارد البشرية في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي للعاملين، كما تم وضع عدد من التوصيات التي من شانها تعزيز ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموارد البشرية، مما يجعل منها توجها استراتيجيا من شانه تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي للعاملين. Abstract : This study aims to know a sample’s trends of Ziban-Qantara Mills' employees on the contribution of social responsibility towards human resources in the employees organizational loyalty improvement with its dimensions (emotional loyalty, moral loyalty, continuous loyalty). And to achieve this goal a questionnaire has been distributed to 50 employees and only40 forms has returned and were valid for statistical analysis. After analyzing the data using statistical software SPSS: V: 24, we found that there was a significant impact of social responsibility towards human resources in the employees organizational loyalty improvement , and a recommendations were also given to support social responsibility practices towards human resources, to make it as a strategic approach that would improve the organizational loyalty of employees.
