حرب الرمال بين واقع الخلاف الحدودي الى قيام الحرب بين المغرب والجزائر

Résumé: ان نشوب الحرب بين الدولتين الشقيقتين المغرب و الجزائر سنة 1963، فيما يتعلق بمسالة الحدود في الصحراء الغربية و التي تعود للقرن 17م، حيث تم رسم جزء من الحدود بين المغرب و الجزائر، وهذا بعد الحصول على وثيقة تاريخية تعود الى اواخر القرن 17م، حيث تم رسم الحدود بين قبيلة العمور بالعين الصفراء و قبيلة اولاد عزي، و قامت معركة كبرى بينهما (كما يسمى في الوثيقة مقتلة) ادت الى اللجوء الى محكمة فيقيق و حكمت المحكمة برسم الحدود بينهما من جبل دوق الى منطقة فندي جنوب بني ونيف (شمال بشار)، وهذه المناطق مناطق رعي و ماء ونخيل، وعند دخول الاستعمار الفرنسي الى العين الصفراء التي كانت تعتبر مقاطعة و في 1307هجري المواقف لـ 1888 مسيحية.
