واقع تطبيق الحوكمة في النظام المصرفي الجزائري من خلال الالتزام بمتطلبات لجنة بازل

Résumé: يعتبر النظام المصرفي أحد أهم أجزاء النظام المالي واستقرار هذا الأخير مرتبط باستقرار النظام المصرفي،غير أنه في الآونة الأخيرة عرف عدة انهيارات مالية وفضائح مالية كبرى،وكل هذا أدى إلى زيادة الاهتمام بقضية الحوكمة من طرف السلطات الإشرافية،الرقابية،المنظمات الدولية والبنوك. وفيما يخض المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية فإنها تمتلك نظام حوكمة ناجح نسبيا وهيئات تنظيمية وإشرافية مسئولة بشكل خاص بإصدار القوانين واللوائح،إضافة إلى ضمان تطبيقها من قبل الجهات المعنية. Abstract The banking system is one of the most important parts of the financial system and the stability of the latter is linked to the stability of the banking system. However, recently there have been several financial collapses and financial scandals, all of which have led to increased attention to the issue of governance by the supervisory and supervisory authorities, international organizations and the banking sector. With regard to the Algerian Banking System, it has a relatively successful governance system and regulatory and supervisory bodies are especially responsible for issuing laws and regulations and ensuring their application by the concerned authorities.
