التقاضي الالكتروني في القانون الجزائري

Résumé: موضوع التقاضي عبر شبكة الانترنت، أو ما يصطلح عليه بالتقاضي الإلكتروني، كآلية انتهجتها معظم الدول في قطاع العدالة، لما لها من مزايا وايجابيات على سير الدعوى العمومية، كتخفيف الأعباء على أطراف الدعوى العمومية. فالجزائر سايرت التطور التكنولوجي والركب العالمي من خلال تبنيها فكرة التقاضي الإلكتروني في تشريعاتها والدي من خلاله يتمكن السادة القضاة ومساعديهم من أداء مهامهم بشفافية ومهنية أكبر، ويتمكن الخصوم من الإطلاع والحصول على المعلومات بسرعة. The subject of Online Litigation, or what is termed as Electronic Litigation, as a mechanism adopted by most countries in justice sector, in view of its many advantages in terms of public proceedings , such as relieving the burdens on the parties. Algeria has gone along with the technological development and global movement by adopting the idea of Electronic Litigation in its legislation, the judges and their assistants are able to perform their missions transparantly and professionally as well as opposing parties who can get a quick access to information.
