التقاضي الالكتروني في ضوء الواقع المعاصر بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: حاولت العديد من الدول عبر العالم مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة باعتماد آلية جديدة في مجال العدالة، متمثلة في التقاضي الالكتروني للفصل في المنازعات باتباع إجراءات بسيطة وسريعة واستعمال الوسائل القانونية والتقنية، فالجزائر من الدول التي تسعى إلى تجسيد الحكومة الالكترونية، ومنها تبنى مشروع المحاكم الالكترونية (التقاضي الالكتروني) لكونه وسيلة للارتقاء بالقضاء لمواكبة التطورات في المجال القانوني والقضائي على المستوى الوطني والدولي. Abstract: Many countries around the world tried to keep pace with modern technological developments by adopting a new mechanism in the field of justice, which is electronic litigation to settle disputes by following simple and fast procedures by using legal and technical means. Algeria is one of the countries that seek to embody e-government, including the adoption of the electronic courts project (electronic litigation. For being a means of upgrading the judiciary to keep abreast of developments in the legal and judicial field at the national and international levels.
