الندرة المائية ومساعي تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الوطني: دراسة قياسية لاحتياجات الجزائر من الموارد المائية الوطنية لإنتاج السلع الغذائية الرئيسية خلال الفترة: (2007-2017).

Résumé: تعاني الجزائر على غرار العديد من دول العالم وجل الدول العربية من الندرة في مواردها المائية. باعتبار الموارد المائية مدخلا رئيسا غير ممكن الإحلال في الإنتاج الزراعي الغذائي الحيواني والنباتي من جهة، وباتسام عرضها لديها بالندرة من جهة ثانية، نجد هذا الوضع يعرقل مساعيها في رفع نسبة مساهمة الإنتاج الوطني في وفرة الغذاء لديها، وبالتالي ضمان أمنها الغذائي. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى تقويم متوسط متطلبات الجزائر من الموارد المائية الوطنية لإنتاج مجموع السلع الغذائية الرئيسية محليا خلال الفترة (2007-2017). هذا بالاعتماد على نموذجي المياه الافتراضية والبصمة المائية. Summary: Algeria suffers as many countries in the world and the majority of Arab countries from the scarcity of water resources. Considering, on the one hand, that water resources represent a main entry that cannot be substituted in animal and vegetable food crop production, and on the other hand the water which is characterized by its scarcity in Algeria, we find that this situation hampers efforts to increase the proportion of domestic production contribution to food abundance, and thereby improve the level of food security. Through this study, we have tried to assess Algeria's average national water resource requirements to produce a total of major food commodities locally, during the period (2007-2017). This is based on the virtual water and water footprint models.
