Evaluation De La Disponibilité D’une Pompe De Forage Pétrolier
Résumé: The drilling technology of oil and gas wells requires the use of complex equipment and modern tools, as well as a large quantity of materials, tubes, cements, chemical reagents, etc. ... The mud pump, being one of the main equipment used in the drilling of wells, plays an essential role in the circulation of the drilling fluid at high pressure and in providing a flow rate necessary for the realization of a wellbore. Therefore, the goal of my work consists of a general description of the mud pump and the realization of a maintenance study (Reliability, maintainability, availability) using the Weibull model, to lead to an interpretation of the graphs obtained. We will try to propose an effective maintenance program in order to improve the performances and increase the life of our equipment, as well as to avoid the damage and the frequent stopping of the pump, which has to intensify the harmful effects on the production of the enterprise.
