متطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الرياضية بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف دراستنا لمعرفة متطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الرياضية بالجزائر، حيث اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي، وقمنا باختيار عينة قوامها 20 موظفا في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية برج بوعريريج اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية مع استعمال أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن المتطلبات البشرية، والتقنية، والمادية لها دور كبير في عملية تطبيق التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الرياضية غير أن مديرية الشباب والرياضة تستعمل التكنولوجيا في تسيير وظائفها ولكن بدرجة متوسطة وهناك الكثير من النقائص والصعوبات والتحديات وجب تقليلها قدر الإمكان خاصة فيما يخص الدعم المادي. Abstract: Our study aims to find out the requirements for the application of digital transformation in sports institutions in Algeria. Where we relied on the descriptive approach, and we selected a sample of 20 employees in the Directorate of youth and sports of Bordj Bou Arreridj governorate selected randomly with the use of the questionnaire tool to collect data and information, and the most important results: The human, technical, and material requirements have a major role in the process of implementing digital transformation in sports institutions. However, the Directorate of Youth and Sports uses technology in running its functions, but to a moderate degree. There are many shortcomings, difficulties, and challenges that must be reduced as much as possible, especially with regard to financial support.
