عمالة الأطفال واستغلالهم للتكسب بين ما هو كائن وما هو مأمول

Résumé: ملخص البحث: تعتبر الظروف الاقتصادية والأمنية في دول العالم الثالث السبب في العديد من الظواهر الاجتماعية، ومنها ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال، التي انتشرت بكثرة في دول العالم ككل وبخاصة النامية منها، حيث امتهن الأطفال مختلف الأعمال المشروعة وغير المشروعة للحصول على قوت يومهم، وبأجر ضئيل وأحيانا دون أجر، ويحدث هذا عندما يتم استغلال الأطفال من طرف أشخاص يتكسبون من ورائهم كعمالة رخيصة، أو كعبيد عند بعضهم الآخر، ومن الصور المنتشرة بكثرة استغلالهم في التسول والجنس، وهناك من يتاجر بهم كسلعة تباع وتشترى في سوق النخاسة، وبما أن الطفل غير مهيء للعمل فإنه يتأثر من جميع النواحي وهذا ما يؤثر على شخصيته وقدراته في المستقبل، وطبعا المجتمع الدولي لم يبق مكتوف الأيدي حيال ما يحدث لهذه البراءة على مستوى العالم، فعقدت اتفاقيات ومن خلالها قوانين داخلية لحماية حقوق الطفل بصفة عامة والعامل بصفة خاصة، رغم أن هذه القوانين لم تجد صداها في الواقع لأنها لم تعالج أساس المشكلة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الأطفال، عمالة الأطفال، استغلال الأطفال SearchSummary Economic and security conditions are the cause of many social phenomena.Amongthemis the phenomenon of child labour, which has spreadwidely in the countries of the world as a whole, especiallydevelopingones, wherechildren have taken on variouslegitimate and illegal actions to obtain the sustenance of theirday, withlittle and sometimes no pay, and thishappenswhenchildren are exploited by people whoearnthem as cheap labour, Or as slaves ateachother, and from the widelyscattered images of their exploitation in begging and sex, there are thosewhotradethem as a commoditysold and bought in a marketAs the childis not working, heisaffected in all respects, which affects hispersonality and abilities in the future, and of course the international community has not leftWith regard to whatis happening to this innocence worldwide, agreements have been made and throughwhichinternallaws have been enacted to protect the rightsThechild in general and working in particular, althoughtheselawsdid not actuallyresonatebecausetheydid not address the basis of the problem.
