مستوى إدراك الرقابة الذاتية والادارية لدى موظفي جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى الرقابة الذاتية والادارية لدى عينة من موظفي جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق في متوسطات إدراك الرقابة الذاتية وأهميتها حسب الفئة المهنية والأقدمية في العمل، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وتطبيق استبيان من إعداد الباحثين، على عينة مكونة من 80 موظف(إداريين- أساتذة)، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة والمعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات توصلنا إلى أن مستوى إدراك الرقابة الادارية والذاتية لدى موظفي جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط منخفض، كما لا توجد فروق في درجات إدراك الرقابة الذاتية لدى موظفي جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط تعزى للفئة المهنية أو الأقدمية في العمل.Abstract: The study aimed to know the level of self-control and administrative control of a sample of Amar Thelidji University employees in Laghouat, and to identify the significance of the differences in self-prevention averages and their importance according to the professional category and seniority at work, using the descriptive approach and applying a questionnaire prepared by the researchers, on a sample of 80 employees ( Administrators - professors), and after confirming the psychometric properties of the study tool and statistical treatment of the data, we came to the following results: - The level of administrative control and self-censorship among the employees of Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat is low. -There are no differences in the degrees of self-censorship among the employees of Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat according to the professional category or seniority at work.
