القراءة المعاصرة للقرآن الكريم لباس المرأة عند محمد شحرور أنموذجا

Résumé: الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث قراءة محمد شحرور المعاصرة للقرآن الكريم، من خلال قضية لباس المرأة، حيث اعتبره سلوكا اجتماعيا، وليس تكليفا شرعيا، وجعل للمرأة عورة أمام المحارم وعورة أمام المجتمع، وحدد للباسها حدين أدنى وأعلى، فالأدنى هو تغطية الجيوب السفلية، والأعلى تغطية جميع الجسد ما عدا الوجه والكفين. كما تناول هذا البحث الأسس والضوابط المنهجية التي يعتمدها شحرور في قراءته المعاصرة، والمتمثلة في: التمييز بين آيات القرآن الكريم، ونفي الوحي عن السنة النبوية الشريفة، وبخس انتاجات العلماء والفقهاء المسلمين، والانتقاص من أهمية علوم الشرع واللغة في فهم الوحي، والانبهار بالعلوم والمناهج الغربية الحديثة. Abstract: This research deals with Muhammad Shahrour’s contemporary reading of Qur’an through the issue of women's dress. As he considers it as a social behavior, not a religious obligation; making the woman exposed in front of the incest and a nudity in front of society. Therefore, there were two main restrictions: covering low pockets minimum and maximum covering the entire body except for the face and the hands. This research also deals with the foundations and methodological controls which Shahrour makes use of while making his contemporary reading, which lies in: distinguishing between Qur’anic verses; denying revelation from the noble prophetic Sunnah; underestimating the productions of Muslim scholars and jurists, despising the importance of Islamic law and language in understanding revelation; and finally being fascinated by Western science and modern curricula.
