التهديدات اللاتماثلية في المناطق الحدودية الجزائرية: تجارة وتهريب المخذرات أنموذجا The Asymmetric Threats In The Algerian Border Regions: Drug Trafficking And Smuggling As A Model

Résumé: ملخص: سيتم في هذا البحث التركيز على موضوع له علاقة بالتنمية المستدامة في مناطق الظل الحدودية وتلك التهديدات اللاتماثلية التي أثّرت فيها، وذلك من خلال تبيان واقع تجارة وتهريب المخذرات على طول الحدود الجزائرية وعوامل تفاقمها، وكذا مسارات ومسالك عمليات التهريب وطبيعة التهديدات التي تخلقها عبر المناطق الحدودية على الأمن الوطني الجزائري، ليخلص البحث إلى أن تجارة وتهريب المخذرات عبر مناطق الظل الحدودية قد نمت في ظل غياب مشاريع التنمية فيها، كما قد شكلت أيضا أحد التهديدات اللاتماثلية التي أثّرت على الأمن الوطني. Abstract: This paper focuses on a topic related to sustainable development in the Algerian shadow border areas, growing asymmetric prevalent and influencing threats, further, clarifying the reality and the factors monitoring the drug trade and smuggling along the Algerian borders, drug smuggling paths and tracts turnig to additional threats across border areas to the Algerian national security. The core conclusion is the absence/ luck of development projects in the borders; led to asymmetric threats that affecting national security.
