Résumé: The current study aims to identify time management skills of a sample of psychology and education sciences at the University of Ouargla, and to address the importance of time and how to benefit from it and exploit it, and to know the possibility of statistically significant differences in time management skills according to the variable, academic level, and occuptional status . . In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the exploratory descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the subjec The current study was conducted on a sample of (186 male and female students from the Department of Psychology and Education Sciences, which we chose using the purchasing method. To verify the hypotheses of the study, I built a questionnaire containing 26 items distributed over three dimensions, and we used the statistical program SPSS 25th edition for statistical processing of the data obtained, and we reached the following results: The level of time management skills among students of the Department of Psychology and Education Sciences is high. There are no statistically significant differences in the time management skills of students of Psychology and education sciences according to the variable.. There are no statistically significant differences in the time management skills of students of psychology and education sciences according to the variable of the academic level There are no statistically significant differences in the time management skills of students of psychology and education sciences due to the multivariate of the variable job status .
