مهارة إدارة الوقت لدى طلاب الجامعة دراسة إستكشافية على عينة من طلاب جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة مهارات إدارة الوقت لعينة من طلاب جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلةوالتعرف علىأهميةالوقتوكيفيةالإستفادةمنه وكيف تقيمإستخدامكالحاليللوقت مع التعرفعلىالقواعدالعامةلإدارةالوقت وكيفية التعرفوالتعامل علىمضيعاتالوقتبأنواعها، ومعرفة الفروق بينهم في متغيرات الجنس والعمر والتخصص. وإعتمدتالدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي لعينة قوامها (150) طالب من جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وقد تم إختيارها بطريقة طبقية. وإعتمد على إستبيان من إنجاز الطالبة، إذ إحتوى على 15 بندا بثلاث أبعاد، وتوصلنا الى النتائج التالية: مستوى مهارة إدارة الوقت لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة مرتفع. لا يوجد إختلاف في مهارة إدارة الوقت بإختلاف الجنسين لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. لا يوجد إختلاف في مهارة إدارة الوقت بإختلاف السن لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. لا يوجد إختلاف في مهارة إدارة الوقت بإختلاف التخصص لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. The current study aims to study the time management skills of a sample of students of the University of QasdiMarbahOuargla, and to identify the importance of time and how to benefit from it and how to assess your current use of time with the identification of general rules for time management and how to identify and deal with the waste of time and types of differences in gender. The study was based on the exploratory descriptive method of a sample of (150) students from the University of QasdiMarbahOuargla, It has been selected in a stratified manner. And based on a questionnaire of completion of the student, containing 15 items in three dimensions, and reached the following results: The level of time management skill in the students of the University of QasdiMrabahOuargla is high. There is no difference in time management skill with gender differences among the students of the University of QasdiMarbahOuargla. There is no difference in the management skill of time by age difference among the students of the University of QasdiMarbahOuargla. There is no difference in time management skill with different specialization among the students of the University of QasdiMarbahOuargla.
