اثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على سعر الصرف في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2016 (دراسة قياسية)

Résumé: يندرج هذا البحث ضمن السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية و تحديدا في جانب الاقتصاد الدولي، و يهدف إلى دراسة اثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على سعر الصرف في الجزائر، بإجراء دراسة تحليلية قياسية للفترة 1990-2016، من خلال التطرق في الجزء النظري الى بعض المفاهيم الخاصة بتحرير التجارة الخارجية وسعر الصرف. ثم قمنا باستعراض تطور متغيرات الدراسة بعد تقييمها، واستعمال منهج الاقتصاد القياسي لتكميم العلاقة بين درجة الانفتاح التجاري وسعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي، وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة القياسية أن تحرير التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة قد ترك أثرا سلبيا على سعر الصرف الفعل الحقيقي خلال هذه الفترة. This research is part of the macroeconomic policies, specifically in the international economy, and aims to study the effect of the liberalization of foreign trade on the exchange rate in Algeria by carrying out a standard analytical study for the period 1990-2016, by addressing in the theoretical part some concepts related to the liberalization of foreign trade And exchange rate. Then We reviewed the evolution of the study variables after their evaluation, And using the econometric approach to quantify the relationship between the degree of trade openness and the real exchange rate, The results of the standard study showed that the liberalization of foreign trade in Algeria during the study period had a negative effect on the real exchange rate during this period.
