أخلاقيات الأعمال ودورها في التقليل من الفساد الإداري في منظمات الأعمال المعاصرة من منظور الفكر الإسلامي

Résumé: أصبح الفساد الإداري آفة إدارية متفشية في كل من القطاعين الخاص والعام، فهي من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه السياسة العامة في دول العالم المتطورة منها والنامية، تتجلى هذه الظاهرة بمجموعة من السلوكيات والانحرافات الإدارية التي تصدر عن الموظف العام. لذلك بات من الضروري إعادة النظر فيما يسمى بأخلاقيات الأعمال داخلمنظمات الأعمال. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الحد أو التقليل من ظاهرة الفساد الإداري من خلال إرساء أخلاقيات الأعمال المستمدة من ديننا الحنيف (الإسلام)، وذلك بإبراز المنهج الإسلامي العظيم الذي يقوم السلوك البشري بما يحقق المصلحة الفردية والجماعية Abstract : Administrative corruption has become a widespread administrative scourge in both the private and public sectors. It is one of the most important problems facing public policy in the developed and developing countries of the world. This phenomenon is manifested by a set of administrative behaviors and deviations issued by the public employee. Therefore, it has become necessary to reconsider the so-called business ethics within in Contemporary Works Organizations. This study aims to try to limit or reduce the phenomenon of administrative co rruption by establishing business ethics derived from our true religion (Islam), by highlighting the great Islamic approach that establishes human behavior in a way that achieves the individual and collective interest.
