أثر عوامل نجاح تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تحسين أداء مؤسسة نقاوس للمشروبات والمصبرات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر عوامل نجاح تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تحسين أداء مؤسسة نقاوس للمشروبات والمصبرات ، حيث تمثلت أبعاد المتغير المستقل في التوافق بين نظام ERP وعمليات المؤسسة، دعم الإدارة العليا، الاتصال، التدريب، التغيير وإعادة هندسة العمليات، في حين كانت أبعاد المتغير التابع رضا العاملين، نمو المبيعات، زيادة الحصة السوقية، نمو الأرباح، وكان المنهج المتبع في هذه الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبيان الذي شمل 45 فقرة، حيث تم معالجة 70 استمارة استبيان بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V25، وذلك باستخدام الــعــديـــــد مـــــن الأساليب الإحصائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اهتمام كبير بعوامل نجاح تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، و أن عامل نجاح تطبيق ERP السائد في الشركة هو التوافق بين نظام ERP وعمليات الشركة، كما توصلت الدراسة أن هناك أيضا اهتمام واضح بتحسين الأداء، إذ يعتبر مؤشر تحسين الأداء السائد في الشركة هو مؤشر رضا العاملين، لتنتهي الدراسة في الأخير بان تحسين الأداء يتأثر بثلاث عوامل تتمثل في التدريب، التغيير وإعادة هندسة العمليات دعم الإدارة العليا This study aims to highlight the impact of the success factors of the ERP system application on the improvement of the performance of the company Nagos Beverage and Canning.Dimensions of the dependent variable: employee satisfaction, sales growth, increase market share, profit growth. The method used in this study was the descriptive analytical method.To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed which consisted of 45 items, where 70 questionnaires were processed by the statistical program SPSS V25, Using numerous statistical methods , the study concluded that there is great interest in the success factors of ERP system application, and that the dominant ERP application success factor in the enterprise is the compatibility between the ERP system and company operations, and the study also found that there is also an Interest in improving performance, The index of performance improvement that prevails in the company is the employee satisfaction index Finally, the study concludes that performance improvement is affected by three factors, namely training, change and reengineering of the company.
